Welcome to Couch Surgeon. By booking a service or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Services Offered

Couch Surgeon provides specialized furniture disassembly, modification, and reassembly services. Services are performed at the customer’s location unless otherwise agreed.

2. Photos & Content Ownership

All images, videos, and written content on this site — including job photos — are the sole property of Couch Surgeon and may not be used, reproduced, or redistributed without written permission.

3. Brand Protection

"Couch Surgeon" is a trademark. Use of this name, brand, or associated services without consent is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.

4. Cancellations

Last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment) are subject to a $180 cancellation fee.

5. Conduct During Service

Technicians will not remove shoes or wear booties during service. You agree to prepare your space accordingly.
Customers are expected to have the path and workspace cleared before technician arrival.

6. Liability

While we take every precaution during service, Couch Surgeon is not liable for pre-existing furniture damage or structural defects in the home. Any claims must be made within 48 hours of service completion.

7. Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California.
